Daniel built relations with and understood the needs of the parties involved: executives, business operations, engineering, architecture, database administration, finance, reporting and quantitative analytics.  He learned our new cloud-based technology, critical business processes, and the core applications for the direct to consumer subscription-based services. He advised the data warehouse team on the optimization of our data infrastructure and helped establish our self-service business intelligence capability. 

Daniel set up, secured and administered our Tableau Server projects for dashboard sharing, testing, and collaboration. He prepared custom training courses for the diverse teams, expertly trained our Super Users in Tableau Dashboard development and analytic collaboration on Tableau Server. He coached the Super Users to sharply differentiate emergency responses to hot issues from the creation of durable, high performance semantics.  Lastly, Daniel provided on-going mentoring of the Super Users and resolved countless dashboard development technical challenges.
